The most recent PAM is the 4th edition revised October 15, 2008, and supersedes previous editions and training bulletins.
The Manual includes:

• Rules affecting the ECC Training Network, Training Centers (TCs), volunteer organization and management
• Ethics and dispute resolution procedures
The appendices contain materials essential to TC administration and course management, such as:
